Hanover, PA – The Borough of Hanover Department of Parks and Recreation and the Hanover Kiwanis Club are pleased to invite the public to a ribbon cutting ceremony for a newly constructed pavilion at Union Park, located at 629 West Hanover Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
