La Libertad is a small, family-owned Mexican business with a dream of sharing its rich flavors and culture in Hanover. The restaurant strives to provide every customer with a warm welcome and focuses on creating authentic flavors from home. All meats are cut and marinated in-house, never pre-cooked, ensuring freshness in every bite. Guests can also enjoy handmade corn tortillas, made to order, further emphasizing the restaurant’s commitment to authenticity. The inspiration behind La Libertad’s logo is the Angel of Independence from Mexico City, symbolizing shared values and a dedication to community.
