Homewood Living Plum Creek Announces Zachary Luman as Director of Sales and Marketing

Hanover, PA, September 10, 2026— Homewood Living Plum Creek is pleased to announce the appointment of Zachary Luman as the community’s new Director of Sales and Marketing. Zach brings valuable experience in sales, marketing, and operations, along with a passion for helping seniors and their families navigate some of life’s most important decisions.

A native of York County, Zach is a graduate of Dallastown High School and earned his bachelor's degree from Messiah College before completing his master's degree through Liberty University. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong reputation for relationship-building, servant leadership, and creating exceptional experiences for seniors and their families. His experience includes leadership roles in senior living and healthcare services, where he successfully led teams, built community partnerships, and implemented strategic growth initiatives.

In his new role, Zach will provide strategic leadership for Homewood Living Plum Creek's sales and marketing efforts, supporting continued growth and helping prospective residents discover the benefits of life in a faith-based Life Plan Community. He will oversee sales development, lead generation, community outreach, referral partnerships, and marketing initiatives designed to strengthen awareness and occupancy while enhancing the experience of future residents and their families.
