Barley Snyder Partner Michael Crocenzi Elected President of York County Bar Foundation Board

York, Pa. – Barley Snyder partner Michael J. Crocenzi has been elected President of the York County Bar Foundation’s (YCBF) Board of Directors. His role is effective January 1, 2025.

Founded in 1991, the YCBF serves as the charitable arm of the York County Bar Association, dedicated to enhancing the legal profession, advancing justice, and improving the community in York County. Through pro bono services, community outreach programs, and substantial grants, the foundation has become a key driver of positive change in the region. Crocenzi has been an active member of the YCBF board since 2018, serving previously as Treasurer and Vice President before his recent election to President.

“It is an honor to serve as President of the York County Bar Foundation, an organization whose mission deeply aligns with my personal and professional values,” Crocenzi said. “I look forward to working with our dedicated board and staff to expand access to legal services and further our efforts to improve the lives of those in our community.”

Crocenzi is a partner in Barley Snyder’s Employment and Litigation practice groups with more than 30 years of experience. He provides his clients with practical solutions for a wide variety of employment issues and helps them develop strategies to avoid or minimize risks. Outside of his law practice, Crocenzi serves on the board of Be Blessed by Wolfgang and is an adjunct professor at Messiah University, where he teaches business law to the next generation of legal professionals.
