Barley Snyder Partner Lindsey Cook Joins National Arbitration and Mediation as Hearing Officer

Lancaster, Pa. – Barley Snyder is proud to announce that partner Lindsey M. Cook, co-chair of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Service Team, has joined NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) as a Hearing Officer.

As a member of NAM’s esteemed national panel of neutrals, Cook will be available to arbitrate and mediate matters throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Her practice focuses on resolving complex civil disputes through litigation, arbitration and mediation, representing businesses and individuals across a wide range of industries. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and Maryland.

As a Hearing Officer with NAM, Cook will assist parties in resolving complex disputes efficiently and effectively through arbitration and mediation.
