Inventory Control/Cyle Counter
Inventory Control Specialist/Cycle Counter Responsibilities
Conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining accurate stock records, and assisting in optimizing inventory management processes to ensure efficient and
cost-efficient operations.
Job Summary
- Conduct daily physical inventories of components, finished goods, materials and supplies as assigned by Inventory Manager
- Reconcile discrepancies between the physical count and the computer generated count (INFOR)
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with Inventory Manager
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting processing of material reports and transfers.
- Assist the Warehouse and Production team with locating materials. .
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts and compare information in the Warehouse Management System (INFOR) to verify that quantity, location, and part numbers matches in-house inventory.
- Other duties as requested.

- 1st shift 8:00am -4:30pm Monday through Friday
- Forklift experience a must
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Warehouse organization and inventory management experience a plus
Education
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of processing data manually or in spreadsheets
- Demonstrated ability of comprehending basic mathematical skills and use of a calculator
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
