Building and Grounds Technician

SpiriTrust Lutheran is now hiring an Occasional Building and Ground Technician Required: A high school diploma or equivalent normally required; Must satisfactorily complete first aid, AED, and CPR training within 30 days Valid driver’s license Experience: A minimum of one (1) year's experience in related positions normally required. General Responsibilities: Performs minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Repairs walls, ceilings, floors, etc. as directed. Performs regular preventative maintenance. Handles shipping and receiving of various materials. Mows and trims lawn areas, trims shrubbery, weeds, and adds mulch to flower beds. Requirements Must be able to power wash and work outside.
