Second Town Hall with UPMC - Ready, Set, Go - Your New Worksite Reality
Like all of you, UPMC Pinnacle has been making adjustments to the way we work. We understand that it has not been easy to navigate what's necessary to prepare a worksite for employees' safe return.
UPMC leaders are here to help you by clarifying what's necessary, essential and safe. Join Melissa Brown, PsyD, as she talks about how COVID-19 might affect the mental health of your employees as they return to work; John Delorenzo, associate counsel, will explain the dynamic legal and regulatory landscape around COVID-19; Ginger Miller, promotions manager, Utz Quality Foods, will share a local employer's perspective about remaining open during the COVID crisis; Dr. Michael Peck, medical director of ExpressCare and Occupational Health, will talk about resources UPMC has in place to help keep your employees safe and healthy. Michael Gaskins, president, Southern Region, will update regional numbers and safety measures as we begin restoring essential care.
We invite you to submit questions in advance for our experts by Monday, May 11th. Questions can be submitted to Haley Briggs at hbriggs@hanoverchamber.com.
This is the second of a series of Town Halls UPMC Pinnacle is conducting with the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce. Topics are determined based on the needs of the communities we serve and changes to the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional event topics and dates, if needed, will be shared through the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce.
