Public Meeting: Hanover Borough and Penn Township Joint Comprehensive Plan

Last Spring, Hanover Borough and Penn Township began a planning process to update their long range plans for community and economic development. Key themes include: downtown revitalization, zoning, transportation and public safety. The public meeting will begin with a presentation of plan highlights and provide citizens the opportunity to share comments with the Planning Commissions and project team.
