Barley Snyder and Elsner Bell & Associates, LLC Webinar: Legal Considerations and Practical Human Resources Solutions Surrounding COVID-19

Please join the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce for a roundtable discussion about the legal considerations and practical Human Resource solutions surrounding COVID-19 and available vaccines for your business. 

The discussion will be led by Barley Snyder, Michael Crocenzi, partner of the firm and member of the Barley Snyder Employment Practice Group and will be accompanied by Leslie Elsner Bell of Elsner Bell & Associates, LLC. 

Mike will be covering the legal considerations surrounding COVID-19 and the vaccines and Leslie will share Human Resources strategies related to ongoing staffing issues in the pandemic.

Topics for discussion: 

  • Legal considerations and recommendations surrounding the COVID-19 vaccines 
  • Mandating the vaccines, with exceptions
  • Incentives for employees or contractors who get vaccinated
  • Coronavirus Tax Relief and Economic Impact Payments
