Rather than wait for change\, she created it launching Tech Pathways\, a bold workforce development initiative rooted in classroom education\, immersive hands-on training\, and real-world leadership development.\n\nFrom day one\, students are immersed in a dynamic blend of technical instruction and career mentorship. Through classroom learning\, pre-apprenticeships\, and apprenticeships\, participants gain firsthand experience that prepares them for a successful and exciting career in the automotive field.\n\nThis workforce development success story was made possible by three critical components: a visionary leader in Loni Smith\, a training champion in Frank Fuhrman\, and the community partnership of Chamber President Sarah Messer\, who helped keep the pathway to apprenticeship firmly on track.
