This year's keynote speakers include: Jeremy Poincenot\, A Golfer who lost his sight & found his calling and Deo Mwano\, Motivational Speaker on Education\, Leadership & Social Justice   Our Continued Goals include: The Diversity Summit's GOALS are intended to: *Share best practices in achieving diversity in a competitive market. *Equip employers with essential tools to attract\, promote\, and retain a diverse workforce.*Reevaluate the strengths of diversity through participation in a number of interactive sessions. *Visualize a common goal for the region through dialogue. *Engage participants in stimulating discussions regarding the impact of globalization on diversity. *Educate the best ways to interact with and relate to individuals from different backgrounds and how it can go a long way towards eliminating biases and misconceptions.
