Hanover, Pa. – The Hanover Borough Police Department has announced the following parking restrictions and road closures for the Annual Memorial Day Parade to be held Monday, May 25, 2026. Parking restrictions start at 7:00 AM Monday morning in the following areas: • NO Parking on Carlisle Street from Third Street to Center Square • NO Parking on Baltimore Street from Center Square to Footer Street • NO Parking on Chestnut Street from Railroad Street to N.
