Kayla Juba, Marketing Manager at Brown Plus, Honored as a 2026 Woman of Influence

Brown Plus is pleased to share that Kayla Juba, Marketing Manager, was recently named a 2026 Woman of Influence by Central Penn Business Journal (CPBJ).

CPBJ’s Women of Influence awards identify high-achieving women for their tremendous career accomplishments, based on their professional experience, community involvement and commitment to mentorship. Kayla and the other 2026 Women of Influence will be honored at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, June 24, at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Kayla has over 12 years of experience in the marketing communications field, including over seven years of accounting marketing experience at Brown Plus. She supports all facets of marketing for the Firm, with an emphasis on content creation and review, event management, proposal development, media relations, pipeline management and marketing team supervision. She works closely with Firm leaders to coordinate industry, service and region-specific content, events and marketing outreach. Additionally, Kayla coordinates Brown Plus’ annual United Way campaign and also serves as co-chair of the Brown Plus Working Parents Group.

Outside of the Firm, Kayla is dedicated to learning from, contributing to and sharing insights with fellow professionals in the accounting marketing industry. She is an active member of the Association for Accounting Marketing (AAM) and serves as Co-Chair of the AAM Minute Committee, which produces a monthly e-newsletter that provides articles and thought leadership on topics impacting accounting marketing, business development and other growth professionals. She is also a member of LEA Global’s Marketing and Business Development (BD) Collaboration Group and previously served as a member of LEA Global’s Marketing and BD Steering Committee.

Additionally, Kayla is a devoted volunteer within the Central Pennsylvania community. She currently serves as a member of both the United Way of the Capital Region’s (UWCR) Bridges Society Steering Committee and Women’s Leadership Network (WLN). Previously, she served as a member of Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts’ Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) Committee.
