Burkentine Builders Recognizes Local Fire Departments As Part Of Their Live With Purpose Initiative
Hanover, PA - On May 4th, in observance of International Firefighters’ Day, Burkentine Builders donated $4,000 to the brave men and women from local fire departments who protect and serve their communities across the East Coast.
Burkentine’s Live With Purpose initiative is one of the ways the company brings to life their mission of creating meaningful spaces for families and helping communities to Live Different. Each quarter, Burkentine chooses a non-profit organization that enriches the many communities in which Burkentine calls home.
“We don’t just build homes; we build communities where families and individuals can thrive. We believe in investing in the people who make these local towns so special, explains Michael Burkentine, Owner. Builders typically come in, build homes, and leave town. We stay and support our neighbors and community organizations.”
Burkentine‘s Live With Purpose donations were presented to 9 local fire departments in Connecticut, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
