Barley Snyder Partner Troy Rider Named to Lehigh Valley Business's Law Power List

Rider is an attorney in Barley Snyder’s Business, Finance, Real Estate and Food & Agribusiness practice groups. With 17 years of experience, he counsels clients on all facets of business transactions, including succession planning for closely held businesses and the structuring, negotiation and closing of commercial and financial transactions. In addition, Rider regularly advises business clients on corporate governance and best practices. A testament to his legal acumen, he has been named to The Best Lawyers in America© list each year since 2021. Rider is a member of the firm’s management committee and serves as Marketing Partner.
