Borough of Hanover Seeks Proposals for Municipal Parking Master Plan
HANOVER, PA — The Borough of Hanover, through its Department of Planning & Engineering, is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering, Landscaping and Planning firms to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for all Borough-owned surface parking lots.
