We are seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educators to lead the Pre-K and Toddler classrooms in our newly opening, state-of-the-art facility. Our STAR 4, DHS-regulated center features a STEM Lab, Sensory Room, Outdoor Education Center, and dedicated teacher planning spaces—giving you the tools and support to create meaningful learning experiences every day. What We Offer: -Competitive hourly pay: $14–$15/hour -Comprehensive benefits package (Health, Dental, Vision) -Retirement plan with employer contribution -Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) -Discounted childcare -Supportive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities: -Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for children. -Support children’s cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. -Conduct ongoing observations and assessments to track progress and milestones. -Build strong, professional relationships with families through consistent communication. -Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant classroom environment in accordance with DHS regulations. -Collaborate with fellow educators to create a positive and enriching learning community. Qualifications: -High School Diploma or GED required; CDA or -Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. -Minimum of 2,500 hours of documented experience working with young children. -Ability to obtain required clearances: PA Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting, and NSOR verification. -Two professional references and current physical exam with TB test.
