Job Description
Serve as Liaison between the customer and various internal departments. Establish and maintain relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking responsibility for each customer contact and by ensuring that all customer requirements are met.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure customer needs are met, via timely communication, follow through and follow up
Quote and enter customer information
Respond to customer requests and questions
Determine and resolve customer complaints
Overseeing orders from inception through completion
Maintain working knowledge of products to ensure customers are given accurate recommendations
Collaborate with management and internal departments
Meet customer service standards
Answer phones
Other tasks and duties as assigned  

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to learn company’s computer system
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Current or recent work experience
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with CONTROL software a plus  

 Full Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm one day being 9:30-6.
