Yoga in the Park

Life In Balance Yoga will have a FREE yoga class from 9:30-11:00 am on Saturday Sept 29th, followed by a vegetarian potluck. All are encouraged to join in the fun, and it would be great if you would consider bringing a dish! This will take place at the Hanover Arboretum located  behind the Warehime- Myers Mansion located on Baltimore street. You will need to find street parking, but there is plenty surrounding the park. Come celebrate Nation Yoga Month with your local community!
