The Vegetarian Athlete ? Presented by Hanover Hospital Sports Medicine

Join us for a special presentation for vegetarian athletes, on Tuesday, August 7, at 6:30 p.m., at the Hanover Family YMCA, 500 North George Street, Hanover, PA.
 
Cynthia Shank, a clinical dietician at Hanover Hospital, will define the Vegetarian diet, and share how an athlete can eat as a vegetarian and still perform at optimal level.  She will also provide suggestions and guidelines for eating as a vegetarian athlete.
 
Presented by Hanover Hospital Rehab Centers-Sports Medicine, this presentation is FREE to the community and is approved for one NATABOC credit (CEU).
