Managing the Liability and Risk of BIM

Join us for a unique seminar with a professional panel discussing the technological, legal and financial aspects of BIM.

Jennifer Horn, Senior Counsel for the Construction Group at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman will discuss ways to mitigate risk in BIM coordination, improving communication between all parties, and reducing the risk for litigation and insurance claims.

Scott Hursh, Managing Partner for the AEC Industry Group of Stambaugh Ness will examine financial trends and cost savings resulting from BIM implementation and how it translates to competitive advantage for firms and the market's future.
