Family First Health Apple Hand-Out

On Saturday, October 20 from 8-10am, Family First Health will be hosting an apple handout station outside the Farmers Market in celebration of National Apple Month and National Health Literacy Month. FFH volunteers will be handing out apples and information to passersby. We're calling the event "Starts With Apples," because getting healthy can start with an apple a day, but the rest is up to you (the patient).
