Chapter 2: Embracing Us Support Group
A signature two-chapter series designed to inform and inspire individuals living with neurocognitive disorders, including Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, along with their care partners. The series is offered twice annually in the spring and fall; pre-registration is required. Chapter 2: Embracing Us is for individuals living with a dementia diagnosis seeking connection and shared learning.
